Tennis Elbow
It's been bothering me for a while and it is getting worse. I don't want to waste the money hearing a doctor tell me to take it easy...
I'm looking for a brace to help with the pain but everything I find won't fit around my arm. Does anyone know where to find a good brace for this sort of thing in a size for grown men? ~PM

The braces did very little for me unless they were so tight my fingers would turn purple which at that point was counterproductive. Only thing helped me was cortisone, graston therapy and rest. In that order. Took a few months.

You probably should look for a small to medium knee brace. It should fit your big ass arms. Haha.

I have occasional probs with tennis elbow. I have found PT helps.
You can buy bands or I just use the rubber bands that are on asparagus that holds them together. Another thing is to use a small bouncy ball like you get in the gumball machines. about the size of a quarter use it to roll and press the painful areas. It feels good/hurts all at once. I do all this with ice and heat intermittently. and I do all sorts of wrist exercises that the PT had me do. It is 90% better after 6 months. Same with me, I would get it bad when training a lot of jiu jitsu. My grip and curling of my wrist was getting too strong (belly of forearm) compared to the top side. Reverse grip (palm down) bicep curls, palm down wrist curls and actually using regular rubber bands by putting all 5 fingers in it and opening my hand helped tremendously.

Dry needling helped a lot with mine but sadly I wasn't able to go regularly so it got a little worse again. I'm lucky enough that a sleeve that I picked up on Amazon helps.
