It has brother. The pain went from acute and severe to just being really sore. So likely this was just a minor tear with some inflammation around the nerves. I still have a little sharpness, but not nearly as bad as it was. I keep beating it up with the massage gun and applying some prescription topical anti-inflammatory gel I have left over from my shoulder surgery.

Thanks everyone for your help.

I don't have brachial neuropathy but deal with it on the ulnar nerve. From the neck down it causes absolute mayhem when I lift. It's lead to cubital tunnel syndrome, carpal tunnel syndrome, thoracic outlet issues, rotator issues, wrist issues and a completely screwed up grip.

I've gotten better by working with it - massage gun, graston tools, lacrosse balls, and a bunch of exercises I picked up. I'm also using BPC 157, TB 500, and Alflutop. Right now it's in a good place.

Mine reminds me it is there every once in a while. Like today when I pulled my sleeve on before doing heavy dumbbell presses. As soon as the sleeve touched it, I had shooting pain in the area. Reach over to massage it and could not find it. It didn't bother me at all during presses. Later I was posing and hit a side tricep and felt a jolt. This time when I massaged it there was a little localized pain, but it only felt like it was really sore.

I hit it multiple times a day with the massaging gun. If anything, it is really loosening my arms up. Haha.
