10 Minute Workout that works

10 Minute Workout Details:

*Always begin every workout by warming up and stretching.

1. Squat or lunges - Bodypart worked: Legs - 1 set @ 10 to 12 reps
2. Side Lateral - Bodypart worked: Shoulders - 1 set @ 10 to 12 reps
3. Pushup - Bodypart worked: Chest - til failure
4. Calf Raise - Bodypart worked: Calves - 1 set @ 10 to 12 reps
5. Chinups - Bodypart worked: Back - til failure
6. Incline Situps - Bodypart worked: Abs - til failure
7. Barbell or Dumbbell Curls - Bodypart worked: Biceps - 1 set @ 10 to 12 reps
8. Hyperextensions - Bodypart worked: Lower Back/Glutes - til failure
9. Tricep Pushdowns - Bodypart worked: Triceps - 1 set @ 10 to 12 reps
10. Reverse Wrist Curls - Bodypart worked: Forearms - 1 set @ 10 to 12 reps
11. Reverse barbell Curls - Bodypart worked: Forearms - til failure

No rest between exercises

I must say that this 10 minute workout is superb. I also do workout daily and i do cardio. I think everyone should add cardio exercises in your workout plan for getting great fitness and health.
