which belt?
I have a home gym with no trainer. It was all good till last week during weightlifting I think I got a slip disc. My back hurts. Should I use https://tenthsports.co.za/product-category/gym-fitness/weight lifting belt to avoid such situation?

How about introducing yourself first then post an advertisement so you don't get banned for not following the rules.
But, yes you should wear a belt on your heavier lifts. GF - cock your weapon prepare for intruder alert, fire when ready LOL

Yes, if you are lifting more than your back can handle you should wear a belt.

Or maybe you should get a proper diagnosis
If it is a herniated disc, then lifting would be something you want to avoid for awhile. I would consult a qualified medical professional to determine a proper diagnosis and treatment plan. Never take back pain lightly. |
