Went and worked out with my wife....big mistake when I started close grip benching 225 she lost her mind but thankfully there was another guy in there and he told my wife that she just missed me picking 205 off his chest with one hand and he said and i quote "ma'am you're husband seems like he knows what he's doing and he's obviously strong"

Then of course I got the lecture on not hurting myself blah blah blah. But in her defense I lied to her at my last meet and said I won my class with 125 kilos/275 lbs when it was actually 167.5 kilos/368.5 lbs and she only found out when she looked up the damn results.

curl as an event? Ive heard of them but never saw one. 25 lbs weight cut damn. Are you going to lose a little bit then do a water cut and bloat or actually make weight? I'm buig fan of just cutting a few days before and then just using iv bags and rice to bloat, but I have 24hr weigh ins.

What numbers are you looking to hit? Raw, single ply or multi?

Angron I'm competing raw and I'll post my best guess for numbers about 3 weeks out after I drop the weight and my weigh in is 2.5 hours prior to the event

No idea on the curl thing at all

Last comp I was 219 so this cut is gonna effect the strength a little but not bad.

No!!!!!!! Well maybe. This federations nationals are in the summer and if I do well in march maybe I'll keep the weight off to do nationals
