EPI Elite Tren Elite stack

I purchased EPI Elite and Tren Elite a week ago from phf supplements. Going to run the standard cycle 30 mg a day. Looking to gain solid strength gains rather then huge size and liked the dry gains you get from this stack.

30 mg EPI Elite
30 mg Tren Elite
1000 mg milk thistle 3 times a day
565 mg Hawthorn Berries 3 times a day
Assault muscle pharm pre workout
AMINOLAST Gaspari Nutrition during workout
MHP up your MASS weight gainer

Going to keep my diet pretty clean hard boiled eggs in the morning chicken or tuna during lunch and dinner and lots of fruits. Probably 90 percent of the time going to keep that diet. Weight gainer during the day.

199 Pounds
Solid but longer build

Day 1
Started the stack yesterday morning sunday being my heavy leg day. Running a athlete style lifting program. Lots of leg workouts. Sunday is breathing squat day which I believe really increases gh release in the body. Felt like I pushed myself a little harder just knowing that I had started the stack. Day 3

Day 3:
Going to be updating the log after every sunday but sporadically during the week as well. Today was the first upper body high rep day. I do full upper body with 3 sets of 20 reps rather then just a body building workout. Really like the assault pre workout I tried about 4 different pre workouts prior to deciding to use assault during the stack. Only one I really didn't like was craze it made me felt real anxious after my workouts.

AMINOLAST had been highly rated so I was excited to try it out and so far I enjoy it. I drink it during my workout has great taste and really keeps my endurance up especially during the high rep day. Up Your Mass weight gainer was recommended from a friend also not bad taste and I liked the calorie to protein ratio it ran.

In between my off days I go to the gym and play a couple hours of basketball. My gym has a very active basketball court and since Im not huge on running the basketball gets it done for me. All in all couple days in I feel great. Small stomach ache after drinking the weight gainer but kind of expected that until my body gets use to all the calories and food I've been eating.

Day 5:
Only 5 days in don't see anything yet obviously. Love the ASSAULT pre workout the weight gainer gets a little heavy sometimes. But excited for tomorrow and sunday since those are my heavy hard days. I'll post tomorrow after my heavy upper body to see if I feel any strength gains and also going to weight myself weekly which will be on Sunday.

Sorry for the late post on today. Today was heavy upper body day. Love this day for some reason. Still just taking 30 mg a day of each probbly going to keep it there for awhile. Weight didn't seem to increase yet but i do just feel overall stronger. Feel more ripped though. Was the gym for an hour and a half i just couldnt stop working out. Not sure if its from the stack or from the amino acids. Going to weight myself tomorrow after heavy leg day. Cheated today with a hot dog at a BBQ but every once in awhile wont kill me! Also im not a skin and bones build i have some muscle, normally i might not drink a weight gainer but since im running this stack is it a smart way to increase carbs? And not just get chubby. Was told to watch out for that.

Day 7:
Heavy leg day and it went awesome. Weight went up on squats. Especially my stamina while doing breathing squats. Did more weight and wasn't as tough to finish. Sunday's are weight in day and I weighed in at 203! Was 199 last week. I was very surprised since epi seems to cut weight so I didn't expect any gained weight. Feel and look more cut while gaining some weight at the same time. Happy so far! No backne so far expecting to have a little bit since my last cycle I did. No sides so far though. Excited for next week seems like a lot of people really see gains in the second week. Going to keep the same eating and calorie intake. My body is taking all the calories a lot better no stomache aches anymore. Might take a little more fish oil just incase. Supposed to be a day off tomorrow but I don't want to take the day off! Probably just go play a little basketball for my cardio. Let me know if you have any questions about the first week!

So far I can honestly say I am very happy with my results. Don't know my exact strength gains since I don't really document them but obviously I have an idea of the strength gains. I work out with the same person on weekends which are my heavy days. Today was upper body, I have not told him or anybody I was running this stack. Throughtout the whole time we were working out he would not stop saying that he thinks I'm on roids since the added weight I was doing. I have gotten some backne but I expect that. No other sides have occured yet which is great. I have heavy leg day and weight in tomorrow.

Day 13:

Day 14:
Today was heavy leg day once again, and once again squats went up! Still feel great. Stayed at 204 pounds but still feel and look more cut up. Getting more compliments more than I ever have from people. Family members really noticing the difference. Had a tiny pouch in the lower stomach the start of the cycle seems like that has basically gone away. So far so happy!!! Let me know if you have any questions.
