DAY 4

yesterdays cals were 2600, had things locked down much better.

20 min elyptical

Military press 110 x 12 x 2, 130 x 6, 150 x 2.5 felt a funny twinge in the left delt again, decided to rack it
Wide grip overhead lat pulls 160 x 12 x 2, 200 x 6, 220 x 3
DB seated reverse fly's 60 x 12 x 2, 70 x 6, 80 x 3
DB deltoid alt front to side, 30 x 12 x 2, 35 x 6, 40 x 3 went a bit lighter being careful, didn't feel the twinge on this excersize
Cable preacher curls 80 x 12 x 2, 100 x 6, 120 x 3
21's 50# x 3 love finishing the day with this oldie but goodie....

The delt twinge is a pain in the ass, not sure what I'll do but taking time off right now isn't gonna happen... the "pinkish" color to the skin persists... not sure what the deal is there, perhaps the NAC and the multi I'm taking are the cause.. need to look into that one..... still nothing to reprt as far as the supplement... I feel strong, but nothing out of the ordinary.... If i was running halo alone at 75 I usually feel it at the start of week 2, wasn't sure what to expect with the EPI addition,, time will tell

DAY 5

Yesterdays cals were 2850, I was clean but added some carbs to try and bring up energy, was a long work day...

elyptical 5 min warm up...into... 15 min intervals

full squats.... 250 x 10 x 2, 300 x 4, 330 x 2
blocked calve raise... 150 x 10 x 2, 175 x 4, 190 x 2
walking DB lunges, 40's x 20 x 2, 50's x 10, 60's x 10
deads 240 x 10 x 2, 275 x 4, 300 x 2

roman chair knee lifts 10 each plane x 3

haven't felt a "kick" in yet so left the weights the same here.... felt in control and smooth on all lifts.....

weird!!! noticed that my urine was substantially darker than normal, I may have been off my water yesterday while I was on the run but the degree of change surprised me, will monitor this closely! Muscle achey today... could be further indicator that I drank poorly yesterday... time will tell.... Pinkish tinge continues...WTF BP was 138/80 post work out this morning, up a bit as I expected with the halo but not enough to cause the tinge...

please feel free to comment and bust my chops...

Looking good my man! I don't like reading about the dark urine or pink tinge though. Your BP has obviously risen a tad, but you could be getting some spikes. Keep your eye on it...

And, when I did try a few things, I ALWAYS felt my BP rise. You're definitely braver than me......

Get some Hawthorne berry. Helps with bp. Turine and lots of h2o, helps keep the urine flowing and back pumps away.
