Yesterday 3-1-11 Tuesday night was when my workout was done.
It was odd, during my first exercise, I could not break that focus barrier.
However, after that it was balls to the wall.
Keep in mind, I am not lifting extremely heavy. I am going for better form and more reps. Even, if I can only get five perfect reps out im done.
I'm not doing any cheating or jerking movements.
There was this one beautiful fitness girl in front of me. She was not just one of these skinny girls who spent six days a week doing cardio. You could tell, she had spent her time dedicated to weights nd lifting.
Her backside was more than just a distraction. You could have bounced quarters off her ass.
I was extremely focused due to the plethora of pre-workout supps I took before lifting.
Here wasmy routine: I was clearly going for some high intensity training.
1)Hammer Strength Incline Press Leverage Flex
I took as many sets as needed to warm up.
Then for my working set I did 5 reps followed by a rest pause of 1 rep/ Then I rest paused again, this time lowering the weight to 6 reps followed by a rest pause of 4 reps
2)Arnold DB Press
The working set was for:
7 reps/ rest pause/ 5 reps/ rest pause/ 2 reps
3) Hammer Strength Precor Pulldown FH5t30
The working set was for:
8 reps/ rest pause/ 5 reps/ rest pause/ 3 reps
4)Smith Partial Deadlift
Warmed up, then got to the working set.
275 x 6/ rest pause/ x4/ rest pause/ 225 x8/ rest pause/ 135 x 16
If you want to call those numbers pussified, your not breaking my ego.
5) Decline skullcrushers (skullcrushers on a decline make it much more difficult and you need lighter weight, I recommend it).
Working Set:
5 reps/ rest pause/ 4 reps/ rest pause/ lower weight/ 10 reps

Abdominal Work:
Weighted situp and reverse crunch machine
12 reps for 3 sets
Barbell Twist
You need a light babrbell for this, to turn from side to side.
30lbs x 3 sets for 30 reps, followed by 2 sets with the same weight for 50 reps; totaling 5 sets in all.

I took at 11:55am
Piracetam 1600mg
Boladrol 4mg
Coffee 4 cups

Then Pre-Work Out at 1:20pm
1,3-dimethylamylamine 60mgs
Tight Xtreme 1 cap
B-complex
Potassium 99mg

For the workout it was legs and Bi's day.
Front Squats
Laying Leg Curls
Standing Barbell curls
Standing Calf Raise (I decided I wanted to really pump the calves up, keep in mind I do DC training, for my working set I chose a lighter weight for the rest pause sets; 90 Lbs x 11 x 9 x 8 x 8 x 7)
Reverse Barbell Curls
Incline Reverse Crunch 3 sets x 15 reps
Roman Chair Reverse Crunch 10 Lbs x 12 reps x 3 sets
Roman Chair Reverse Crunch No Weight x 15 reps x 2 sets

Post Workout Nutrition
B-Complex
Potassium 99mgs
ALA 300mgs
Protein Shake with 60 grams Dextrose added.

Later that night, another 4mg of Boladrol.

I took Boladrol 8mg at 10:50am.
I took GHRP-6 300mcg 11:33am.
At 12:05 Pre-workout I had slices of whole wheat bread with peanut butter on them.
I drank Green Tea with them.
At 1:20 I took Potassium 99mg, B-complex ALA 200mg,
I took gereanium extract 60mg, ephedrine 25 mg 1:25 pm.
Post workout I took IGF-1 Lr3 100mcg
ALA 300mg
Potassium 99mg
B-complex
Protein Shake 40 grams
Dextrose 40 grams
The above was taken between 3:50 and 4:15

For the workout I did:
DB incline press
Upright Rows
Straight bar HS pulldowns
Smith Machine Bar bell rows
Narrow Grip Bench Press
I did warm up sets for all exercises, and then chose one weight as a working weight for that exercise. I maxed out with that weight in number of reps I could do, then took about 22 deep breaths maxed out again, then finally, I took 22 more deep breaths and maxed out again. An exercise rep range could look like 10reps x 5reps x 2 reps. It's all about muscle over load.

it seems to me that the bolodrol allows you to do such intense work too - at least it has raised my intensity level

Sunday, it's an off day for me; I just went for a rapid walk for about a mile and a third just to get my heart beating.
I used a really shitty body composition device yesterday.
It was one of those electronic impedance devices that have two grips with metal facing the palms. Then, you hold the handles for just a few seconds while it takes a measurement.
I had already eaten a large, amount because I'm in the gym to workout. For example part of my pre-gym snack was two whole wheat slices of toast heavily coated with all natural peanut butter, with 22 ounces of Green Tea and a bunch of pre-workout supplements. After the test she tells me I was supposed to take the test while fasting.
She also adds it can be positive or negative so +/- 3 %.
The scale reads out to a little lower then 14, so in my head itís a 14.
One, how seriously do I need to take this measurement for my goals?
Secondly, if the scale is correct, then I have a total of 27.72 lbs of fat.
I want to lose 9.9 lbs of that body fat, or in other 5% of it, assuming the measurement can be relied upon.

I was trying to emphasis the point of how hard it was to keep form and focus on propper muscle contractions when I'm staring at that lifting hard and heavy with dumb bells in front of me.
