hmm I do not know. Maybe? I looked a bit and found that cholesterol is necessary for creation of test. Also there are aminos and minerals found in the yolk not found in the whites. could be a combo of all of it.

I do 3 over easy eggs fried in coconut oil or olive oil. a little salt pepper and garlic. Then finished with some salsa on top. I never get tired of it.

boiled are good too, will have to try the mustard. I normally sprinkle a little season salt on them.

Well the study wasn’t isocaloric...3 eggs=18g protein= 210 calories, 18g egg whites= 80 calories.

The study did say that adding fat to egg-whites doesn’t boost protein synthesis but didn’t explain what context they tested this in, or what fat they added.

Also remeber these are probably natural trainees. Saturated fat is good for anabolic hormones.

But I do love eggs. I like over easy on top of Texas toast if not giving a shit about the wastline.

Or two whole and 1 cup eggwhite omelet is good too

I do the whole egg 90% of the time. If I am cutting hard then I will do 6 eggs and only leave 2 yolks. But I have to have the yolk. All the vitamins and minerals and half the protein is in the yolk, the white is great for high quality protein. Eggwhites international has great stuff. Excellent for shakes. I prefer 2 sources of protein not just whey in my PWO shakes.
