Here is my days routine, i dont follow it like mon tue wed, if i did chest monday and skipped tuesday i still go to day 2 on wednesday, and my weekends fall in randomly because of my work schedule and i never workout Sat or Sun, thats why i follow the routine bellow and not the days of the week routine.

Day 1 CHEST
Day 2 ARMS
Day 3 LEGS
Day 4 CHEST
Day 5 SHOULDERS
Day 6 BACK

Good to go. Watch your volume on chest days, since you are doing it twice a week'ish. Are you squatting and deadlifting?
