GREAT ON TH PR!!!!!!

as far as crossfit...it doesn't matter what we think... what matters is that its a system that you enjoy and that will keep you working out!

everybody has an opinion on the subject of crossfit, and none of it matters truly. Each of us finds a path that keeps us working hard. It's different for all of us...

Just keep at it!

Thank you A1.

A bit of clarification - I just found out that the gym that I went to (which had bumper plates) isn't exactly a CrossFit gym that is certified. No wonder their workouts are just all over the place...but anyway!! I do agree, what matters is that we all find a system that we enjoy and will keep us going

The past week was deload week. So yeah.

I was dared to deadlift 300 before my birthday (which is next month) and I accepted the challenge. I want to win so this week, I tested all of my 1RM for my core lifts.

Deadlifts went up to 250lbs. I could have pulled 260, but got distracted. LOL. 50lbs in a month... we'll see. It kind of sounds impossible, but I can only try my best!

Bench is currently at 120lbs, not a bad number, given that bench has been among my list of neglected lifts. Lol.

I'm OK with my squats at 150, also not the number I want but will keep on working on that.

Anywho!!

So I have more or less 5 weeks to up my maxes so I'm leaving behind 5/3/1 for now.
This week I will start with my new program which is also based on my current 1RMs. Will see how it goes...hopefully it takes me to the 300 deadlift.

Will keep you guys posted!! Happy weekend!
