The most important thing many of you will learn

The most important thing many of you will learn is how to regulate intensity.

Louis Simmons guidlines 5 out of 200 sets to failure is about right IMO, and those that believe they must do more often fail unless volume is extremely low. If volume is very low, it can be a great way to train, but most mix too much volume with too too much intensity and FAIL.

its all about YOUR ability to recover. if YOU can recover from that, then go for it. but if YOU are still sore, even in the slightest, when it comes time to hit squats again, then it's too much. again, YOU have to try it for yourself.
