Hey guys and gals! I feel that my lats and chest are lacking....,well i know they are. So I'm going to add an extra day that only consists of training these 2 large groups. What do you think? What exercises do you think i should do? some serious posing

Thanks for this guide. I am new here and my new year resolution is to get fit. I spend 6 to 8 hours a day working infront of a screen and I know this is not very healthy. So I am hoping to find help here. I am not overweight but I do need to get fit. I dont have any equipment but I do have an exercise matt and alot of will. could u please direct me to cardio routines threads or posts to start with.

Hi Andy..

at the top of the page you will see the word SEARCH in green... try typing in the words matt workout, cardio or anything else your interested in... it will give you a list of threads that will contain references to the word you type in... there are many ways of achieving the goal you have set forth... read up a bit and then ask specific questions and I'm sure you will get better feedback....
