i read it now. just skip to the summary. i cant understand all the scientific talk this early. i am not awake until coffee at 8am.
but this was very interesting. not what i thought at all. more to creatine's effect on blood sugar. now in the summary they did not go into detail as to whether creatine was more beneficial sub Q or oral. i feel oral is effective for me.

1st - Study was done in 1929..
2nd dose was 50 to 100 mg per kilo per dog in a human that would be about a 10 g injection per day ouch! With low solubility you would probably have to inject a liter of water with it lol Prob better off orally lol Dont get me wrong ive always wondered about injecting it myself, but given the large amounts needed, it doesnt really make sense to inject sub-q and i wouldnt want to inject in muscle super ouch! As an IV would probably be great but... IV ... Could make quite an IV cocktail though, some amino's some B-12 and whole bunch of vitamins and minerals as well as creatine Ka-POW! Anyone wanna try it? ![]()

I find more info but from what others have reported they get good results at much smaller amounts.

My question in regards to injectible creatine has always been.....once the muscle cells are saturated, how much extra of a benefit is it really going to give over oral?
IMO, and without giving it too much thought, I would imagine that once creatine stores are saturated, then both deliveries will be equal. Just a guess.
