Upper Chest

I know incline work is the best thing for this area but I have a question...
If your doing 45 degree incline bench, will i get more activation from a narrow or wide grip on the bar??

45 degrees is too high for me. I keep my angle at 15 to 30. I do a little narrower grip than with flat. Either my pinky or outside of my hand on the knurls ring depending on the bar.

I vary the bench for DB work. I never do flat DB press, always have at least a slight incline.

I think it's always true that a narrow grip activates the triceps more. But I still switch it up and use narrow, medium and wide grip
I like the muscle confusion principle and I find I grow from using it

Oddly enough I get more upper chest development from seated military press on the smith machine.

imho, use extremely light weights, go very slow, and try a dozen different angles and excercises, and focusing totally on which ones ACTIVATE THE .... OUT OF IT

at least that get's u in the ballpark for a starting point, of what is WORKING FOR YOU, cause we're all a tad different

Incline pressing at 35-40 degrees works best for me. I do rest-pause on this for 3 sets then a 30second static followed by up to 1 min of a held oec stretch.....If you can't grow after 4 weeks of that.....take up crocheting.....lol
