I seem to have gotten enough appetite back. Today's macros...
2,584 36 196. 176 Cal. Carbs. Fat. Protein I must be fully adjusted to eating like this now. I had a lot of energy today. Even though I'm drinking water like a bitch, I still feel drier and leaner than I did before. Pm workout Dips (I do these with an assist as I can only do a rep or two unassisted) 13+9+6 Then did a burnout with more assist. Preacher curls 65/21+13+8 My kid is back with his mother this week, so I should be able to get back to some fasted cardio tomorrow. |

When I am the most hydrated is when I feel the driest. Keep up the good work brother. Once you have made it past the headache stage of lower carbs you are in the clear. Do not be afraid to get a little more carbs once a week, but do not overdue it or it is back to the headache again.

AM workout
45 minutes fasted cardio on elliptical PM workout Lat pull-ins 40/26+20+18+16+13 An exercise I wanted to try. I literally have no lat development. The typical exercises for lats seem to be dominated by other muscles, so I'm trying to find an exercise where I can feel the lats working. This worked. I will keep it in the repitoire. Triceps rope pushdown 80x8 Felt like channeling my inner Vince gironda tonight. It was a good weight for me. Really had to grind the last few out on the 8th set. I left feeling unsatisfied though. I wasn't exhausted. I typically leave exhausted. I missed having a big heavy movement in my workout. I will keep doing the pull-ins, but I will have to add a few sets of pulldowns or pull ups. Today's macros 2,076 39 135 177 Cal. Carbs. Fat. Protein Added a new protein source to the diet. I bought half a veal cow and filled the freezer. Made a one pound burger patty today. Cook's up pretty lean. He may have been cute, but he tasted better. |

This was suppose to be a day off, but since I didn't do a major back movement last night, I stopped and got one done. Lat pulldowns close neutral grip 105/26 120/14 135/8 150/6 105/15 2,359 46 125 248 Cal....... carbs...fat.... protein |

Thursday was an off day, both weights and cardio. Macros
2,002 53 137. 151 Cal. Carbs. Fat. Protein Friday Am fasted cardio 40 minutes treadmill incline 9.5. Macros 1,463 27 89 135 Plus about 11 whiskey and club soda's. This may be my cheat day...lol. didn't stop me from training though. Went and destroyed my shoulders with 8 sets of side cable laterals, all 20 lbs and all to failure. Then Alt dumbbell curls 20's/26 25's/15 30's/8 20's/14 Am weight was 284.4, so I think I shed all the water weight. |

I realized I have not posted that I started a clen/t3 cycle this week. I'm following the protocol from bass killer online site.
I did fasted cardio this morning. 35 minutes on the cycle. Weighed after my excessive drinking yesterday. Down to 281.6. either the diuretic effect of alcohol or that I only ate 1400 food calories. I'm feeling good and energetic this week. Perhaps that's the effects of the t3. No problem with ambition or getting my ass to the gym. I've actually been sleeping very well too. Clen has my hands trembling a bit, but not terrible. |

Do you have a cuff? if so monitor the BP..... clen made mine spike..... hope they were good frothy ales!!!

That's a good idea, I should get a BP monitor. I had out of control bp a few years ago, and was prescribed atenolol.
As I've gotten healthier, my need to use it is less, the bp isn't nearly as bad, but I should be monitoring it, and taking the medication accordingly. Doing the keto thing, I was trying to discover someone other than beer. It took eleven Canadian club's with club soda and lemon to be sure that I liked them. It was interesting....i worked out after that yet, and had a good workout. I didn't feel terribly pie-eyed, nor did I suffer any effects from it the next day. |

ur doing fine imho
clen and t-3 combined with your regimine, should really show wonders imho ur going to burn an extra 5-800 cals per day with that combo, so try not to miss 2-3 meals in a row is my only advice don't stay on it longer than 10-12 weeks, after that it the back lash can be brutal mentally |
