I do MG. It is a Chevrolet Silverado 4-door Custom. It is nice, but I kind of miss my old truck.

Today was chest, back and shoulders. Bench was 4 sets and everything else was 3 sets. Only the final set is posted.

Chest
Bench press 10x225 (I know I said I was going to go up this week, but I was not feeling it)
Ped dec 12x100

Back
Low hammer strength rows 10x135 (My lower back is still tweaked, so I chose this over t-bar rows)
Lat pull downs 10x200 (Upper back is getting stronger)

Shoulders
High pulls 10x90
Hammer strength military press 10x225

Abs
Seated crunch machine 10x180
Seated oblique machine 10x100

30 minutes on the bike

Okay I took some time off, but I was back at it today. I realized going to the gym is inefficient. It takes me 30 minutes to get to the gym and another 30 minutes to get home. Not to mention all the changing over and crap associated with it. I am only going to workout in the garage from here on out. Basically limited weights and a lot of bodyweight exercises in rapid succession. Today I kept it easy, since I am just getting back into it.

Barbell Hanging Snatch
5x135
Push ups
10
High Pulls
10x75
Standing Military Press
10x75

10 rounds with a 30 second rest between rounds

I am lucky GF I live 250 meters from the gym as the crow flys.

I still do not go like I should.

I think you can get good training with body weight and weights for sure. You will figure it out. Keep up the good work brother.

I enjoy working out at home. I don't mind not having machines. Here I can lift when I want. It's very convenient.

5x135 overhead squats
10 burpees
10 leg lifts

30 seconds between each round (1-5)
60 seconds between each round (6-10). Burpees take their toll.

Nope! I have not worked out once since 1 May, by choice. I am starting up again today though! I am going to stick to conventional lifting, Olympic lifting and unconventional cardio. No more running. Running sucks! I hate doing cardio machines. Cardio will be HIT/Tabata and other stuff like that. I will also do some hiking. I will probably go this weekend to hike some nice areas.
