Today was legs don't just love legs lol I do
all done 8 X 8 sets 30 sec rest between sets yep your heart is pounding and the sweat is dripping love it.
45 deg leg press 225 lbs
Hack Squat 145lbs
precor squat 125 lbs
Seated hammer leg press 225 lbs
Leg ext and lying leg curl 80 lbs each

The pump is amazing))
I am getting some sides my face is really oily and yes it is getting red but my cardio is really good.
Any thoughts boys and girls

8 x 8s again...
pec deck 90 lbs
hammer wide chest press 60 lbs
hammer incline press 60 lbs
cable crossover 40 lbs
tris
tricep cable pressdown 40 lbs
tricep rope pressdown 40 lbs
dips which was really frickin hard could not finish all 8 sets.

Holy shiznet 8 x 8? I was gonna ask how you do it until I seen the weights you're using. How's that working out for ya? Btw what's your goals dude? If to get as big & muscular ss possible, I'll bet the house you cut your volume down to 1/4th of what you're doing, go much heavier & to failure or near it, your gains will be substantially better. Don't rely on the iron for your cardio work. JMO.

OP just came through a bunch of shoulder surgeries, a biceps reattach and a pretty serious immune system issue. I'm happy to see him back in the gym. I can't speak for Wanabee but if it were me, my goal would be to get more fit injury free and recomp. Recovery from such a series of issues like that is really what AAS were meant for.
