Yea...i started about a year ago, use them now on whatever i can. I went with a medium strength, debating on using the tough stuff.

Going to try and up my fish oil for inflammatory benefits along with some other remedies hopefully that helps see some light.

Was thinking maybe it was the proviron i was using, stopped using so we shall see.

Maybe do some wrist/forearm work to warm up before benching.
