How long are you planning to do singles? I always tried to keep them to once a month, but I know guys who do them more frequently.

Next week will be my last week of singles, going to work up to my 1 rpm. After that a much needed deload week. Then im debating on a 3x week bench/squat/dead routine. Almost like a meet prep. Not sure how my body will handle that frequency however.

Glad to read your log. I've mostly lifted to help me lose weight and for muscle hypertrophy, not too much for strength. I think I'll learn some good stuff following along!

Thanks man! Trust me im learning along the way.

In the past i was always into hypertrophy training, staying lean etc and i loved it. Having a blast with these goals ive set for myself! I hope one day ill get to the 2000lb club. One step at a time though i guess.
