Weight 222-225

My weight varies a bit depending on the day, I've been doing some moderate carb cycling for the last week and a half which ends up looking like this:

Mon: back/biceps/abs...250p/200c/70f (this includes 50g intraWO carbs)
Tue: chest/delts/tris/abs...250p/150c/80f (incl. 25g intraWO)
Wed: legs/calves...200p/250c/70f (75g intra)
....
This basically repeats itself except the latter portion of the week is a 4 day split, instead
My energy's been pretty low lately, temperament has been alright and my outlook is positive

Friend took some progress pictures today, finally in posing trunks:

Water is 4-5L a day, no more sweeteners or diet pop other than some MIO in my intraWO...the day before the show (12hrs out) I'll cut water and take half a dyazide then another half dyazide 2-3hrs pre-show if necessary, usually one more half between PJ and finals

Macros are roughly 250p/150-200c/low fat (sub 60g) daily...I'll drop carbs a little lower monday/tuesday (4-5 days out) but not drastic...I don't do a big carb deplete/load

Sodium is moderate the whole time, I cut it out pre-contest once and even with my minimal deplete/load protocol I couldn't fill up for the life of me...need water+salt to transport carbs

you're spot on from what I was told to do. No diet drinks, sweeteners, or any preservatives 2 weeks out to cut water retention loose. I don't do carb load but do carb deplete once every so often. I'm amazed how well my body respond to low carbs. Not sure if you heard of this but something Yates did during competitions, about 10 mins bf he walk onstage he would hold salt in his hand and lick it, causing him to swell up. I just couldn't get myself to do this. Afraid I would start sweating profoundly and start looking watery. No clue I would do that. How are you holding up? Hungry, thirsty, tired, etc???
