I slept only 5 hours on Monday night and 6 hours yesterday (work, work and work). I didn't hit the gym yesterday (worked 11AM-1AM) and I feel a bit crappy after the sinus infection I got (I take antibiotics and anti-inflammatories and I can't eat properly). Not trying to find excuses to my (bad) performances here, guys

I did legs today but I still have to keep it light b/c of my knee. I don't know if it's the dhea I'm taking but my muscles are just as pumped as they were when I was running Anavar .. which is good! Leg extensions 1x12 22 1x12 33 1x12 55 Drop sets starting at 77 Leg curls 1x12 22 1x12 28 1x12 33 Drop sets Hack squats 4x12 44 Abductors 1x30 66 1x30 77 1x30 88 Adductors 1x30 66 1x30 77 1x30 88 Calves 1x25 132 1x25 154 1x25 176 I could barely walk back to the bus station, glad I took a walk (I stretched after my workout but it looked as if my legs were swollen ........). People say that my legs are my strong body part, that's why I keep hitting them hard!

Whats Larry Scott?
You should be starting legs with a compound movement like squats, or leg press. Put leg extensions later in the workout. |
