Veggies are SO important, especially if you're doing a keto diet. I know the lack of fiberous carbs present real problems to me if I don't include things like broccoli, spinach, asparagus, green beens, kale, etc.

im on the same smelly page as trip im a gifted ecto 3 poops a day not always solid and since i eat so much i usually go ryt after meals .Im starting ghrp 6 soon i read it increases gastric emtying 'took me a min to figure that meant pooping lol anyway eating big and poopin big go hand it hand bottom line.

is it normal or healthy to shit more than 1 x day? I eat rouighly 4500-5000cal now and I shit twice/day.

i would say at LEAST twice/day.

i often think about this thread when i feel like i'm starting to get hungry, yet not ravaging. well, i'll drink some coffee (help move things along) drop a bomb, then within about 5 minutes i'm starving! i call it 'making room'. lol
