I had no cheat meals, it was my cheat for the week, watched the big UFC fight and enjoyed.

I am not a drown sorrows drinker, I am celebratory, imho, I had a great week and was happy.

in 08 and 09 i think i might have had nine beers total, lol,

i appreciate the concern, the goal of the log is too log it all, because memory can be biased, i almost didn't put it down, when it came down to it, cheating on the log is cheating myself

so, i agree with first two lines, ur right, i coulda got away with six, i really meant to drink a big glass of water between beers, a friend who i hadn't talked to in a long time called me a half hour in, so i half assed watched the fight and kinda lost track, the last beer i mighta drunk half

Day 9 Follow Up

Meals
1,2,3, 2 scoops whey at 8.30-10.30-12.30

4, 4.30 pm, 2 chick on rye sandies plus unsalted pretzels

5. 7.30 - 2 scoops whey handfull of unsalted peanuts

6. 10.30 - 3 scoops of whey

Sleep, crashed at 11 am, 12.30, 2, 4 up too pee, wide awake at 4 am, got up

Man, I got that deep soreness of good workouts, have a few cups of coffee

Scale, 206 lbs, again, Mirror, same cuts watery, not really changing

Drumroll, 6.05 am workout , woot, woot, only 5 minutes lates

The goal was sprints on tues-thurs-sat, yet, with soreness I did not feel the central nervous system was ready for intense weights, so did recumbant bike, first ten minutes like yesterday felt hard and laborious, yet, after that grovvey, ended up putting in best recumbant bike workout in ages, especially since log started

45 minutes, 442 calories, a ten percent increase since day one

meals planned out and away wese go

i've lost 3 lbs, goal is 31 at this point in negative direction

You could have really enjoyed those nine beers and you went with budlight as your choice of a cheat meal over a million other choices.
