Didn't really take a week off. I just wasn't able to log my previous workouts because I've been really busy with work. And even though its been horribly busy, I never skip my squats and deadlifts. So I'm really a little bummed I couldn't up my numbers.

for me when i stall, changing the routine up makes a difference.

a power lifter friend of mine would try a 1 rep max, he would have a partner note where he stalled and put the bars there. he would work explosive moves up with light weights from that point for a couple weeks. He swore when he went back for his 1 rep max he always went up. Anecdotal I know, but worth a try.

yup, change the routines

do lunges versus squats

do free squats with no weight, super high sets and reps
