I just got back from the cardiologist. He did another ECG which is normal. BP is 100/60 with 46 bpm. My buddy Gotgame would be proud of me lol. Cardiologist says that I have a good heart that shows that I live healthy (no booze, no smoking, no bad fats ....). He says thst the arrhytmias are probably a combination of stress and anxiety.i wear a heart monitor (Holter) for 24 hours. We will see what it shows.

MG all of the beta blockers I've tried have tanked me.. In other words my blood pressure was so low I didn't have enough energy to stand up from the bed and my pulse was so low it was weak.... All but lethargic!

I switched to all vitamins, anabolic's and research peptides, and have basically reconstructing my ability to respond and continue to work out.

My blood pressure is 120/80 my pulse often as 130 for much of the day!! my injection fraction rate is 9.4% I know it seems impossible but I have had congestive heart failure or left ventricle dilated cardiomyopathy since I had an infection from my teeth due to my response to September 11, 2001 first responder activities. 12 years ago My cardiologist greets me each time with the following quote "I can't believe you made it to this appointment!! I thought you'd be dead by now" so if it's to be it's up to me ! personally for blood flow I like Viagra or Cialis or both happens to work with my BPH,also! (benign prostate hypertrophy) besides the other things I indicated I take pain medication for multiple herniated discS lumbar, thoracic and cervical spine! I actually do not recommend my life for anybody else, including me!! but I don't know any other way to thrive let alone survive and I have survived remarkably well....

My point and insights are there are definitely more ways to skin a cat and nothing is absolute. Also having a never die attitude is tantamount to winning!!!!

I promise you nothing I have said is a lie or a stretch of imagination for the truth any person who truly wants to share in my research that I've done on myself with myself, feel free to contact me and I will supply proof in the way of medical documentation that what I say is absolutely true, so when sharing data you could know mine is valid.....
I hope that didn't cross any boundaries.

Sincere and warmest regards!
Sarge

Thank you for your input Sarge. Getting heart issues because of a teeth infection wow, that sucks. And I will stop complaining/whining when I read about your other health issues.

A guy at one of my other boards told me that beta blockers slow down the metabolism which causes people to gain weight and that is something that I want to avoid at all costs.

I'm still taking half a 2.5 mg tablet at night.

Ive been on carvedilol for 11 years as I suffer from the dreaded Dilated Cardiomyopathy.

It does make me tired but I have an ejection fraction of 18 which does not help. Surprisingly I can still train as hard as I like and work full time.

Totay I was put on a different drug called nebivolol which is interesting as its the only betablocker that does not cause impotence and it induces Nitric Oxide release

Don't you ever get concerned that it's lowering your metabolism by slowing your heart down by lowering your blood pressure? I mean lower blood pressure is always good and was it slow already right.

I was just wondering if there's something else there at one to take to slow down your metabolism we are just eat at Night and then when I get a couple hours later in today I eat cottage cheese and maybe some cranberry gel for taste and then I go back to bed. Not judging just asking to learn peace

Celtic warrior you have the only ejection fraction rate I've seen even close to mine I wonder how long you been living with 18% ejection I've been doing 20 months now at 9% and I did year and a half at 15% year at 20-25% before that!! Was 40% down 5% every year except for the last two before hat I had 40% ejection fraction for 7--8 years...
iPad 2400 tax this year I kid you not it into days of that 2400 tax I have 1612 one one day and for the next day they were assisting on a different view later and always other things and I said no way because when you give me fat and all and Ativan my heart drops down from severe tachycardia to just a little bit elevated. I've also found that for NO release release a combo of viagra and Cialis 25mg each every 2-3 days is awesome for vascularity, pump, hard as young adolescent cock!! Wife ain't bitchin none sir!!

Also, I found particular AAA and ancillaries have done the very opposite of what medical profession has warned me by going through a rejuvenation clinic in the beginning I spent much money with them before I found a different way to get my AAS and ancillaries at a more discounted price than TRT clinic...

And like you p!!, most are amazed at how hard I can work when I work out I don't go superheavy but I damn sure lift heavy for reps and a 51 years old I look like people who are half my age have you spell pics soon if anybody wants to see the living proof Ha ha ha thanks for sharing experiences!!!
Oh and I vape the best buds I can find!! And edibles.
