I need new recipes (A1 get in here)

So the majority of my meals that i eat are pretty basic, for some reason this year I'm finding it harder than other years to be disciplined after the Holidays. So I thought I would learn to cook tastier healthy meals this year and actually learn how to "cook".

I've got a slow cooker, air fryer (just arrived today) oven/grill.

Has anyone got any go to recipes or websites for recipes for the above?

This is such an open bag to pull from....

Here is something a bit different, healthy, adds a bit of caffeine for a metabolic boost, use it on chicken beef or pork

Coffee rub:
1 pkg. regular coffee
1 C. brown sugar
½ C. kosher salt
¼ C. onion powder
¼ C. garlic powder
¼ C. plt grind pepper
Combine all ingredients and process in blender to keep brown sugar loose. To make it even healthier use stevia powder instead of brown sugar

In an air tight container this will stay fresh for 6 weeks so don't feel you need to use it all at once but the recipe is easy to cut in half

SWEET CORN RELISH:
4 C. sweet corn – from freezer
2 C. sliced cherry peppers and pimentos
½ C. chopped jalapeno rings
¼ C. chopped parsley and cilantro.
1 T. white vinegar
S & P to taste
-Combine all ingredients. Check for seasoning.

Another good one... use it with the coffee rub or as a stand alone when you want alittle something different

I'm really just after marinades to give my protein more flavour, chilli's or something I could throw in the slow cooker. Anything to give my food better taste really, I'm bored of the marinades etc I can buy from the store and I feel better prepping from scratch.

Orange Soy marinade / Glaze

2 cups soy sauce
¼ cup minced garlic
4 cups Orange marmalade
¼ cup honey
1 cup Kikkoman sweet cooking rice seasoning
¼ cup rice wine vinegar
6 oz pineapple juice
1 Tbsp minced garlic

Whisk all ingredients together in a medium pot, bring to a boil, remove from heat and let cool. Divide the liquid in two giving half to each hot station. The sauté side should add the cornstarch to their marinade. Be sure to stir frequently to keep starch in suspension

Yeah baby. I normally brine my chick with just salt. This is right up my alley with BBQ season coming, I have half a cord of hickory and have accumulated a bunch of frozen meat in the freezer when on sale. Also like the coffee rub. WIll try it on a tri tip maybe. I have my brisket dialed in and do not want to wander from it.
