Heart rate/BP

What's your BP like? What about your heart rate?

My BP is usually 120/70 and heart rate around between 57 and 60 at the moment.

That's about perfect.

Mines like 120/80. Dead on. And my heart rate is governed by tje pacemaker. It never drops below 60. Without the pacemaker I was at 40ish.

The doctor always calls it "runners heart." It takes a lot to get my HR above 140. Running 6:30 minute miles puts my HR at about 134-138. Running stairs does it though. Feels like my heart is going to explode when I run up and down 50 flights of stairs.
