I was always good. 120/80 ish. Resting hr was 50's when I was a runner in 05-06. 60's when I added mass. But bp. Always good.

My normal BP when not on stims, tren and t3 lol is 114/68. Been like that for years. My HR is always high generally in the high 70's and lows 80's. hmm maybe I need to learn to chill out once in a while lol

Ahh, that's nothing! Before I learned Pranayama, mine was mid to high 90s. Sometimes 100s.

Just in the hospital, I was a tachycardia mess!!

That's still well within "normal" limits.

Honestly though, "normal" varies greatly. Blood pressure and heart rate is dependent on your make up and sometimes activity levels. For instance, they say that 120/80 is the "normal", but really, anything from 90/70 to 130/90 could be perfectly normal, if that's what you always run. It's nothing to really treat either.
