indigestion/sour stomach?

Try marshmallow root.


I have intermittent bouts with these probs and found taking a marshmallow root supp before meals helps a lot.

Also it is said to help reduce inflammation in the lungs and nasal cavities.

Wonder if that would help with tren. Tren tears my stomach up and feel sick when I eat.

UXL,

How much tren are you running?

Couple guys i used to train with would get similar effects, and the dreaded tren cough - this was at a dose of 75-150mg EOD. I suggested they try 37.5mg ED with a slin pin in the calf - they did very well with it, better blood levels, and sides went away just about entirely. Food for thought.

Definitely going to have to give this a shot. I have bad acid reflux problems along with gastritis. It kills my diet sometimes. It's a delicate balance of omprezole, disgestive enzymes, & not eating acidic food

Never tried marshmallow root. Whenever I have stomach issues I add fresh ginger to everything I eat/drink.

UXL, I was going to recommend this with marshmallow root. Take ginger 15-30 minutes before a meal with the MM root. I bet at the least it will reduce your symptoms. Also a few drops of MM root extract every 4 hours will help. I use the refrigerated minced ginger in the glass jar. Frest may be better but the jarred kind is for my convenience

Adding it to my list. Definitely going to try it. I would eat tums like candy for the acid reflux but wouldn’t help with my appetite.

I over ate super spicy Thai food yesterday. I knew i would so I took 4 grams of MM root before. I was bloated and full but no indigestion.

I hope it works for you. It does not help my wife much. i think it is one of those things, it depends on the problem.
