So my son gave me a supp tip

I do not use preworkouts because I get anxiety and stressed out from the stims.

He told me he uses L-Theanine after the workout to blunt the stims effects. I must say I tried a sample of NOxplode and trained last night. I took the L-Theanine after on an empty stomach and it did seem to blunt the negative effects I have from a high dose of caffeine.

In fact I felt perfectly wide awake and alert but did not seem to notice the stims effects on me and I could relax. Strange to be so twisted tight and then relax. I did 500mg

here are a couple of exerps from a noo board I frequent.

Look at that, I am learning from my boy (19) He is training hard and has been cursed with the most ecto genes EVER!!!!!!!!!

Taking after the workout would not help me. I get tweaked right away then I gas out after 2 rounds.

I take BPI's 1MR before hitting the gym - jacked as hell when I get there. But when I'm done killing the iron & drive home, I'm ready for a nap. I force myself to stay awake long enough to eat first though.

Hank, I am super sensitive to stims. This will sound crazy but when I do weight training I do not want mass. I have given up BB for fighting or at least training to fight. When I started I was 190 and was strong like a beast but guys my weight were bigger and stronger. so I cut. Now I am a skinny lean ....er. Now when I leave Muay Thai class I have pushed my self to exhaustion and still cannot sleep if I take stims. I am so very tired but cannot nod off without pharm help.
