Look over my second cycle

]Hey guys I need a little finalizing on my next cycle.
I'm still a beginner so all the help I can get would be appreciated. After doing my research I have come up with this plan.
Please help me out with this bulk any suggestions or tweaks.

My stats 5-7, age 26, 165, bf 7%, been working out for 8 years.
Diet
Will consist of 7oz protein 6oz carbs and fats I will keep low. Will be eatkmg every 2-3 hours.


Supplements consist of:
Multi
Omegas 3,6,9
Karbolyn 25g before and after workout
Bcaa 2.51 after workout
ISO 100 30min after workout

Preload cycle 2 weeks before

Actual cycle
Iron mags labs Msten 2 caps a day. 1 at 6am another at 5pm before workout

Post cycle therapy

Nolvadex 4 weeks- 1st week 20mg, 2nd week 20mg, 3rd week- 10mg, 4th week 10 mg

Iron labs pct extreme
Week 1: 4 Capsules / day
Week 2: 3 Capsules / day
Week 3: 2 Capsules / day
Week 4: 2 Capsules / day

Ai
arimidex 3 weeks- 1st week .5mg, 2nd week .25mg, 3rd week .25mg(I have low bf so do you think I should wait to take this, only if needed ?)
Test booster? Do you guys have any suggestions?

The Msten your taking what is the dosage at 2 caps per day?

you're going to want to run an Andro or something . I finished my cycle not too long ago, but had to stop at week 5 started feeling awful and was taking epi-andro. prob should have pumped up
