Leg day. High reps will .... me up. But. Well. It's what we do right?

Sissy squats. I'll be doing these between every set. We have a little set up holds you in perfect for tight form.

Did 3 sets of 12 to warm up.

Squat shark.

135 x 12 x 10
225 x 12 x 10
315 x 12 x 10

So I'm at 102 reps total going into the leg press.

Leg Press. Superset with calf raises then on to the Sissy squats. Calves are 15 reps. Leg press and SS are 10.

315 x 10 x 15 x 10

315 x 10 x 15 x 10

F-Me

Standing calf raises with sissy squats. Again.

280 x 12 x 10

Who's idea was this?!?!

Seated hams. Done with the sissy squats. Gonna finish up here.

That's 312 reps. 126 sissy squats.
