Craming in protein

How do you guys get in your 300 g of protein a day. I'm having a hard time getting in even 200g. Stomach just is not handling it thw way I'm doing it. I get gut distention. I want to keep the waist tight but the food jut bloats me up thee days. Meat rice and greens. Raw greens are the worst but I need greens. Any special timing that works for you guys, especially guys over 50.

I just try now buddy, my go-to is either fish and rice kinda mixed up with a lot of fresh lemon....
Or rice and ground beef with a soya sauce mix ( only 2 tbls) and a sweet relish ....

Steak skewers ( steak, peppers, onion, mushroom) are also good....

That's how I try.....

If I could just eat red meat all day it would be easy! I do feel that I have to cram meals in sometimes. Usually my chicken meals when I'm trying to add mass. If I'm just maintaining or cutting then it becomes much easier.

A buddy of mine taught me to use vinegar as salad dressing. At first, wasn't so great as far as taste but now, I just love it. Never feel bloated but the downside for me is it really doesn't fill me up, no matter how much chicken breasts or fish I eat with it. I try to discipline myself not to eat too soon afterwards but this really helps keep waist small. A thought for you...

I've been drinking too much whey, about half my intake and feel the same bloated shit feeling. I've been super lazy on this cut and am paying with the bloat.

I ordered a few gallons of egg whites to take the place of the majority of this powder. I've been cutting so I've been doing spinach salads with cal free dressing to help move things along.

I retained muscle pretty well but I can do without the shit feeling.

I'm (just barely) managing 400g right now, it isn't easy or 'natural' for me though

meal 1: 50g from isolate (with oats and PB)
meal 2: 45g from chicken breast (with rice/veg)
meal 3: 35g from extra lean ground beef (with rice/veg)
meal 4: 45g from chicken breast (with rice/veg)
intraWO (no protein, just HBCD carbs)
meal 5: 35g from extra lean ground beef (with rice/veg)
meal 6: 80g from chicken breast (with salad)
meal 7: 60g from eggwhites or fish (typically eggwhites right now)
meal 8: 50g from isolate (with oats and PB)

Oh, forgot about Kirkland egg whites from Costco.

My Greek Yogurt, I squirt in that orange Crush sweetener stuff for water (like Mio), and it taste like orange pudding. Got the idea from James Krieger on FB. Tastes awesome.

I use a ton of whey isolate from TN, I've never had issues with bloating though...about 250 grams. I mix my shakes with almond milk (mainly for flavor over water), and 1/2 to 3/4 cup of ppwderized oats per shake (3 scoops each for 3 shakes). I've just had little time at work to eat.

Meats are usually between 6-10oz per feeding, and egg whites are a half to full carton per feed.
