Thanks guys! I will add a protein snack mid morning.

GF, you and jipped told me to take a break from cardio mid week and that's what I did.

Upper body workout

Chest
Dumbbell press
Pullovers

Shoulders
Frontal raises
Reverse flys

Biceps
Biceps curls
Hammer curls

Wrist curls

Triceps
Triceps extensions
Triceps kickbacks

Back
1 arm rows

Abs
120 reps

3 sets of 15 reps without rest.

I focus on form now that I use dumbbells.

I woke up really early today and did 7.2 km on the treadmill. Doc had told me that I should run barefoot. I tried and did 3 kilometer before putting my shoes back on. I have a blister on both my big toes now.

I added 20 min stepper.

No workout until Monday for me because I work all week-end again and I'm really tired.

Good job. Even if you wear vibrams or new balance minimalist you will still get blisters until you get use to it.

Cardio is addictive. I was supposed to take the week-end off but I woke up at the usual time and couldn't have breakfast since I had bloodwork done later. I ran 5.2 kilometers. Just enough not to feel guilty and not to think about food.

Hydration is always an issue for me when doing bloodwork. I bet the results will show elevated creatinine or urea levels like last time.

I did 4.5 km treadmill before leaving for work this morning.

I just got back home and I'm super tired. I was on my feet all day with all my gear on, we patrolled for 8 hours and lunch was a small cheese sandwich.
