The work load triples over standard, I can bring in a little casual labor but for high end stuff it doesn't pay to train them.... so we just run with what we have and for me that means 26 days straight.....

weddings, graduations, fund raisers, charity events, they all seem to want to squeeze in before the end of the school year...

I usually don't, I try to limit things to a taste, make my sit down meals on point and try to maintain a decent fitness level..... I have kitchens on three different floors so work is some times like a stair master... does that count as cardio???

Calories have fluctuated between 2 and 4 thousand a day, depends on how many trips through the bakery I need to make.

Work outs have been crappy at best...

Weight is holding firm but I think I'm more jiggly in the middle... hate this month

5 miles on elliptical set hills

tried using the kids jump rope... that aint happenin

walking lunges, 20 steps each... 30's 40's 50's
straight bar calf raises.100 x 20 150 x 15 170 x 15 abd...
planks in 3 plane, 1 min each x 5
Ham curls 75 x 20, 100 x 10, 120 x 8 abd
skipped the squats with knee pain... gotta stop doing this

How many of you squat with braces or wraps????

post workout protein 25 g
6 oz oatmeal, pint raspberries, green tea
6 oz sea bass in tacos with mango napa slaw, Spanish rice 3 oz, 3 jalepeno peppers
3 oz almonds
1chocolate caramel brownie (pastry chefs fault)
2 3 oz bratwurst, sauerkraut, fried onions
2 oz peanut butter, 1 banana,

todays work out

15 minute stretch
flat bench db flys 40 x 20, 50 x 12, 60 x 8 abd
tricep db kickbacks 20 x 20, 30 x 12, 40 x 8 abd
75 degree incline bench 110 x 20, 150 x 12, 180 x 8
Roman chair dips, 38, 22, 15, 8

Felt good, energy a bit low, may be weaning of the heavy carb/beer weekend
