Okay skimmed it to make sure I understood where were at...

Basically I hope you like coconut and nuts, they will be the only way to get your fats up, but having to be grain free the carbs won't be an issue at all..

I'm at a loss.... avocado spread on grilled zucchini ???

without cereal, grains and wheat. breakfast could be pan seared tofu with coconut oil, toasted almonds and blue berries

The article does include a meal plan of sorts if you read to the end... Good Luck Hun... that's gonna be a tough road to walk

I will buy lactose free cheese (I am lactose intolerant). After my medical tests I will go back to a 10% vegan diet.

Breakfast
3-4 eggs with jalapenos and cheese

Dinner
Varies greatly, but it is always meat. Steaks, chicken, fish, ground meats, etc..., broccoli or asparagus and you guessed it, cheese. Sometimes I will add a little sour cream and a teaspoon of salsa.

If I have some keto peanut butter cheesecake in the fridge I will substitute breakfast or lunch for a slice.

I am not very creative, so this is almost exactly what I have eaten everyday for the last two years. Sorry forgot to add. I also have bacon and sausage for breakfast on the weekends when I make breakfast for everyone in the house.
