this sounds great can i substitute dried Anaheims or other dried peppers? every time i go to get guajillos they have mold on them. to keep in the south western flavor profile but add heat what about adding some chiles de arbol to the other dried peppers for some bitter bite?

Any suggestions for lean beef with rice and or pasta recipes?

Simple recipes to give the beef flavor. Nothing multiple step/prep. Just enough for a bit of flavor to choke it down everyday.

I need an extended break from chicken and fish.

Low sodium. Just looking for flavor. Nothing complicated. Not counting calories.

My go to is garlic, then if your keeping it simple Mushroom and onion....for a twist just a little worshestirshire sauce. MC Cormac is a spice company that has good blends, come in 8 types, I don't often recommend them because of salt content but they jazz up a meal quickly with just a shake or

believe it or not i did home made steak fried rice... a lot. i fried the beef in a little olive oil, added garlic and onion powder, added the cooked and chilled brown rice and soy sauce, you could use low sodium. i also experimented with coconut oil to cook it all. it was good but not as good as the olive oil.

any way i cooked all the beef at once and all the rice at once and divided it all into like 5 or 6 plastic containers. heat up a pan with a little oil of your cchoice and dump the rice and beef in, stir constantly, add soy sauce to taste, i started adding just a little oyster sauce and teriyaki to the mix as i saw a guy at the hibachi place use it as well in the fried rice. like 3 parts soy sauce to one part each oyster and teriyaki

i did not add egg but you sure could easily.

this sounds complicated but it certainly is not. you could mix the sauces together in bulk ahead of time. like in a plastic ketchup type squirt bottle.

then its heat pan, dump in rice and beef, squirt sauce, stir, serve. 5 min from fridge to plate. maybe 30/45 min prep cooking the beef and rice ahead of time

what you think A1. i will consider advice from the pro

That's an awesome way to go Acne, you could do the same with chicken breast diced small, then use Mexican spices or salsa to make a fajita fried rice....
