studies have shown that explosive high intensity movement spikes HGH. notice the difference between Olympic sprinters and Olympic distance runners. this is why sprinting/plyometrics for a lot of people gives better results in aesthetics than standard cardio

I guess I should have just asked for a plyo routine lol. I've never done this & I guess I am looking for a routine but I was thinking jump rope, box jumps, jumping jacks & maybe some heavy bag. Also considering doing p90x as cardio on off days since all that is a plyo routine.
