Keto diet and Constipation

Yeah, im constipated again!!!!!!!

I am supposed to start a keto today, should I do it or wait for the constipation to end?

I know the problem. I try to increase my fiber intake but all I achieve is some unwanted bloating. I have tried everything so far. I read something about a supplement called Oxypowder. Not too sure what that is or if it will work but I do hope so.

I decided to post pone it!

Me I usually jam every 4 years with a major constipation, I already had 2 previous phases in the last month has warning. So I should clear it first, because when it blocks, I have to go to hospital.

WARNING WARNING WARNING...if you do not want to read my very straightforward opinion on shitting & not shitting please read no further...this isn't meant to be vulgar, but its certainly not church conversation LOL

Here is what you do...guaranteed to work!!!

Every Morning
2 Tsp Psyllium Husk Powder in 12oz Water
2 Activated Charcoal Capsules
2 Senna Leaf Extract Capsules

Every Night
2 Tsp Psyllium Husk Powder in 12oz Water
2 Activated Charcoal Capsules
2 Senna Leaf Extract Capsules

Make sure that you drink at least one gallon of water every day and follow the simple routine I just outlined and you will shit like a champ several times every day without fail!!!

I used to have problems shitting and now its like clockwork. Every time I eat something I have to shit within an hour. Taking a shit only takes me one minute now (or less) and its one wipe and clean. None of this sitting on the bowl for ten minutes, shit half hanging out of your ass, stomach pain bullshit for me anymore.
