 Many of us have seen different types of cycles listed on other websites, but that was it. just listed. They never actually said how well the cycle does, nor any other information about it. I wanted to try something a bit different in hopes of better understanding what can be expected from certain cycles.   Possibly showing better or more productive ways of using each steroid.  

Note to beginners: A simple cycle of just Testosterone Enanthate will suffice in breaking any plateau and is recommended by most guys that have used  steroids. The object iis when starting, use the littlest amount you can. You may think more is better, but until you know how your body reacts, Less is more!

A: I've done cycles on and off for about 5 years now. Never go too heavy.

In past cycle I've have used: Equipoise, Testosterone, Dianabol, Trenbolone Enanthate, Winstrol, Anavar, a-50, OT, Deca Durabolan, Primobolan, IGF-1, HGH


Q: Which Gear did you use? Please list dosage schedule.
A:
Best cycle is 500-800mg of test, 200mg of Tren eth. IGF-1 40mcg 5 days a week

A: 10 weeks

Q: How long before you started feeling the effects?
A: 1 week

Q: Did you level off at some point during the cycle or keep gaining throughout?
A: I leveled off in weight but keep getting more solid and lost fat.

Q: Would you do this cycle again?
A: Yes

Q: What type of gains were made? Weight / strength / lean-ness?
A: about 15 lbs gained and lost a lot of fat

Q: Did you any other supplements? IE: Type of protein, Creatine Matrix, R-ala Thermorexin. Please list any and all.
A: just protein, ala, vitamins

Q: What type of PCT did you use. Please list drugs /dosages
A: HCG, IGF-1, clomid

A:
Mon: AM cardio
PM shoulder
Tues AM Back
PM chest
Wed AM cardio
PM arms

Fri AM shoulders
Sat off
Sun full body workout

A - Just got a lot stronger

Q: What would you would change about this cycle, if any?
A: I will try to add a little winni and some bromocriptine or dostinex

A:
There is no other drug like tren. If you want hard lean beef - this is the drug for you.

I feel 10 weeks of tren is too much. My kidneys started to hurt @ only 200mg per week. Maybe taking one shot of 200mg is too much, I will try to take one shot of 100mg on Mon. and 100mg on Fri.

A: extensive, i'm not the type of person that does 2 grams aweek to mantain

A: the first 20 weeks was really the best part of the cycle.. the last 20 still had good gains but slower.. looking back should have changed up my workout more than i did

A: yes, without a second thought

A: started at 290ish ended up at 310..

A: r-ala, freind of mine sold protein bars, powders, packs.. best was shwartz or enlarge2.. took mutli-v, zink, b50 and creatine when on slin

A: liq 20 clinks on a slin dart ed, hcg with clomid and nov PCT

A:
Monday bi-s, abs and back (20mins)
Tuesday chest and tri-s (20mins)
Wednesday, legs and abs (20mins)
Thursday cardio (40mins)
Friday WPT, abs and shoulders (20mins)
Saturday off

A i the week 20.. but not enough i think

Q: What would you would change about this cycle, if any?
A: would half made it to 20 week in place of 42 week.. all i really did was a cut cycle then a bulk into winter

A:the creatine would always make me feel sick and wouldn't have ran the slin and gh the same night, think it owuld have been better and easier on me ot to do that

A: 10# gained while BF was down single digits and strength through the roof

nolva starting at 100 mg ed pyramiding down to 10 mg ed over 30 days

A: 2 days on, 1 day off

A i had incredible intensity, i stopped focusing on isolation exercises and did more compound moves. also started a little cardio for the first time after my abs started showing up

Q: What would you would change about this cycle, if any?
A: changed to prop for the last 6 weeks from a long ester test

Q: Any further comments that you feel are necessary? Any problems you experianced?
A: got bloodwork done. lipid profiles were shot to hell LDL over 250 and HDL in the single digits! liver values were elevated. acne on my shoulders and back took months to go away and i was slightly more bald.

after cycle i tried to contiue traning heavy and with the same intensity and injured the labrum in my shoulder which put me on super light weights for 3 months and lost most of the gains

A: a week

Q: Did you level off at some point during the cycle or keep gaining throughout?
A: I definately noticed when I dropped the tren. It was kind of a shitty point to stop it. I wanted to run it the length of the cycle but ran into supply issues. I planed the cycle with a lower dose in min and changed it once I started. The UGL I was using went down during the cycle so I had to keep a clean addy and house and still finnish the cycle it was hell really.

Q: Would you do this cycle again?
A: With some changes but absolutely. Probably run it longer and run IGF/Slin with it.

Q: What type of gains were made? Weight / strength / lean-ness?
A: I started this particular cycle at 175 and ended at 190. Strength was trough the roof at the end but VAR and I get along really well so that was no suprise

A: Whey Isolate and concentrate, Glucos/comdroit, B complex and a multi vita

Q: What type of PCT did you use. Please list drugs /dosages
A: I ran HCG(350e4d) throught. I really feel its the only way to go. I have done cycle without and with it just at the end and find I retain more with it being ran the whole cycle. I use Tribulus at 4g ED now instead of clomid and love it. and of course 40mg of nolva ED alongside 75 MCG of IGF Lr3(never PCT without it! its like the american express card for BBing).

A: mon:chest/tri, Tuesday Back/Bi, Wed Legs Thurs Trap/delt Fri Bi's/tri's emp. on Bi's(needed some work there) sat off sunday legs(also needed work).

Q: Did your training change any? If so, How did it change.
A: I changed the lifts a little like dumble to barbell presses and things like that but not the routine a whole lot

A: Not sure at this point

A:6'-1" currently 205 lb bf 10% adn 45 years old

A: 4 cycles

A: Test cyp 750/week weeks 1-21, then test e 750mg/week weeks 22- till all is gone week 35, prop 100mg ed weeks 1-4, dbol 35mg/ed weeks 1-4 (only because I ran out and was just cleaning out the closet so didn't want more), deca 500mg/week weeks 13 - till I run out but probably week 35, then the plan is prop 100 mg ed and tren a75 mg ed.

Q: How long was the cycle?
A: Still going so far 22 weeks should be full year when finished

Q: How long before you started feeling the effects?
A: because of the prop & dbol about a week

Q: Did you level off at some point during the cycle or keep gaining throughout?
A:I was up to 220 lb and chose to diet down because of summer. I did have a bad back injury because of yard work not training that messed up my training for almost a month. I will be picking up the eating everything in sight in about a month again.

Q: Would you do this cycle again?
A:Oh heck yes, I'm loving it. BUT, this is my last hoorah.

Q: What type of gains were made? Weight / strength / lean-ness?
A:25 pounds before I cut back, great so far, lean-ness was not the point at the start, but I did take the step back so it's pretty good now and hoping for better.

A: 100% Whey, and Muscle Milk, multivitamin, flax oil liquid and gel caps, saw palmetto, glucosamine

A: will use hcg pre pct, clomid & nolva

A: monday through friday 1 body part /day. Mon-chest, Tue-back, Wed-shoulders, Thur-legs, friday-arms I wil lsay my arms are my body part that grows with little work, so a lot of times I skip arm day because they do well when working other parts.

Q: Did your training change any? If so, How did it change.
A: I just rotate exercises or will switch from heavy and throw in a week of high rep only sets.

Q: What would you would change about this cycle, if any?
A: I'd keep eating instead of cutting back but eat cleaner. Typical clean foods like chicken breast I can not stand so it's hard to choke down. And I'm so sick of tuna. So I should have shot an extra deer last season because I'm out of that good deer meat, lol. Then the back injury of course, I'd of hired someone to remove that damn stump. I'm still having some issues on back day from it 2 months later.
