 Many of us have seen different types of cycles listed on other websites, but that was it. just listed. They never actually said how well the cycle does, nor any other information about it. I wanted to try something a bit different in hopes of better understanding what can be expected from certain cycles.   Possibly showing better or more productive ways of using each steroid.  

Note to beginners: A simple cycle of just Testosterone Enanthate will suffice in breaking any plateau and is recommended by most guys that have used  steroids. The object iis when starting, use the littlest amount you can. You may think more is better, but until you know how your body reacts, Less is more!

A: I've done cycles on and off for about 5 years now. Never go too heavy.

In past cycle I've have used: Equipoise, Testosterone, Dianabol, Trenbolone Enanthate, Winstrol, Anavar, a-50, OT, Deca Durabolan, Primobolan, IGF-1, HGH

A:
Best cycle is 500-800mg of test, 200mg of Tren eth. IGF-1 40mcg 5 days a week

A: I leveled off in weight but keep getting more solid and lost fat.

A: about 15 lbs gained and lost a lot of fat

A: just protein, ala, vitamins

A: HCG, IGF-1, clomid

A: I will try to add a little winni and some bromocriptine or dostinex

There is no other drug like tren. If you want hard lean beef - this is the drug for you.

I feel 10 weeks of tren is too much. My kidneys started to hurt @ only 200mg per week. Maybe taking one shot of 200mg is too much, I will try to take one shot of 100mg on Mon. and 100mg on Fri.

A: 3 cycles, started 6' tall, very thin, 160-165ish, despite everyones advice on the boards. First cycle was January 15th 2005. I consider myself an intermediate cycle user, being that ive done 3 cycles and homebrewed all three chemicals in the third one.

Q: Which Gear did you use? Please list dosage schedule.
A: 500mg of Aburaihan Test Enanthate a week, Shots monday and thursday, Frontloaded the first week with double shots, 2ml monday and 2ml friday, for 1000mg total the first week.

Q: How long was the cycle?
A: 11 weeks

Q: How long before you started feeling the effects?
A: 2.5 weeks to 3 weeks.

Q: Did you level off at some point during the cycle or keep gaining throughout?
A: Weight leveled off b/c of water retention, but strength kept going up and muscle mass kept going up.

Q: Would you do this cycle again?
A: No, i dont think 500mg a week would be enough. Maybe for a maintnence cycle. I wasnt a big fan of the water retention from the long ester either.

Q: What type of gains were made? Weight / strength / lean-ness?
A: in the end, between 20 and 23 lbs of muscle. Strength shot way up, kept about 75% of the strength increases. Kept most of my leanness, i clean bulk.

Q: Did you any other supplements? IE: Type of protein, Creatine Matrix, R-ala Thermorexin. Please list any and all.
A: Just whey protein, reg creatine mono, no dextrose, high protein foods, and carbs. Nothing crazy.

Q: What type of PCT did you use. Please list drugs /dosages
A: 300/100/50 clomid for 30 days. Nolvadex at 20mg per day.

Q: How many times a week did you train? (feel free to post your workout routine.
A: 6 days a week

Q: Did your training change any? If so, How did it change.
A Yes, my weights went up lol

A: Nothing at all, it was a perfect first cycle

A: Gyno slightly. Used letro and it knocked it out. I havent had a problem since with it.

A: Metformin/chromium/yohimbe

A: Clomid 200mgs for 1 week/100mgs for 1 week/50mgs for 2 weeks...nolva at 20mgs a day for 30 days.

A: Trained 5 days a week straight then 2 days off. Did am cardio for the first 4 weeks, then two cardio sessions a day for the last 8 weeks. My bodyweight didn't change either Dropped a ton of fat and gained a ton of LBM.Q: Did your training change any? If so, How did it change.

A: I would have added Aromasin and insulin.

A: The best cycle ever, more people noticed my dramatic changes daily, even my nutritionist at the time who was doing the skinfolds on me every 4 weeks stated he didn't even need them. My strength was sick, my upper chest never looked so big and full, my rear delts were bigger than my fronts ( i think that's genetics though)

A i had incredible intensity, i stopped focusing on isolation exercises and did more compound moves. also started a little cardio for the first time after my abs started showing up

A: changed to prop for the last 6 weeks from a long ester test

A: got bloodwork done. lipid profiles were shot to hell LDL over 250 and HDL in the single digits! liver values were elevated. acne on my shoulders and back took months to go away and i was slightly more bald.

after cycle i tried to contiue traning heavy and with the same intensity and injured the labrum in my shoulder which put me on super light weights for 3 months and lost most of the gains

A:A bit over three years with extensive experimentation during that time.

A:almost 8 months -tren for 16 weeks-dbol twice for 4 weeks then 3 weeks later in the cycle

A: Yes, due to my getting burned out and letting my diet slip. I got hooked on the idea of being "on" all the time, and kept running gear long after I should have stopped.

A: Yes, but not for so long.

A: 26lbs...strength went way up not really quantifiable because I changed some training methods and diet as well. I went from about 15-16% down to 12%.

A: PWO shake with dextrose/glutamine/creatine. I used a straight whey shake the rest of the time

A: I ran nolva at 50mg for a week, then dropped it back to 20mg for another week while running 300iu of hcg the whole time. I ran 2iu gh through the pct and for another 2-3 weeks.

A:3 times a week...dc style training.

A: I got nagging injuries and laid off for a couple of weeks several times throughout. I also had to change training partners frequently, which changes your workout.

A: Run it shorter and possibly throw in tbol instead of dbol

A:Nothing from the compounds or the doses. Just burned myself out on diet/gear/training by going at it non-stop for so long.

A: I definately noticed when I dropped the tren. It was kind of a shitty point to stop it. I wanted to run it the length of the cycle but ran into supply issues. I planed the cycle with a lower dose in min and changed it once I started. The UGL I was using went down during the cycle so I had to keep a clean addy and house and still finnish the cycle it was hell really.

Q: Would you do this cycle again?
A: With some changes but absolutely. Probably run it longer and run IGF/Slin with it.

Q: What type of gains were made? Weight / strength / lean-ness?
A: I started this particular cycle at 175 and ended at 190. Strength was trough the roof at the end but VAR and I get along really well so that was no suprise

A: Whey Isolate and concentrate, Glucos/comdroit, B complex and a multi vita

A: I ran HCG(350e4d) throught. I really feel its the only way to go. I have done cycle without and with it just at the end and find I retain more with it being ran the whole cycle. I use Tribulus at 4g ED now instead of clomid and love it. and of course 40mg of nolva ED alongside 75 MCG of IGF Lr3(never PCT without it! its like the american express card for BBing).

A: mon:chest/tri, Tuesday Back/Bi, Wed Legs Thurs Trap/delt Fri Bi's/tri's emp. on Bi's(needed some work there) sat off sunday legs(also needed work).

A: I changed the lifts a little like dumble to barbell presses and things like that but not the routine a whole lot

A:3 years of cycle experience with 4 cycles under my belt

A: Test E 1500 a week but have gone higher.. Deca 600mg a week.. but mostly like to cruise with 300mg every 10 days.. Dbol up to 50mg ed

A: Although not as good as my very 1st cycle..I did gain about 19 lbs..strength was at an all time high..and leaness..I just couldnt tell ya

A: Test cyp 750/week weeks 1-21, then test e 750mg/week weeks 22- till all is gone week 35, prop 100mg ed weeks 1-4, dbol 35mg/ed weeks 1-4 (only because I ran out and was just cleaning out the closet so didn't want more), deca 500mg/week weeks 13 - till I run out but probably week 35, then the plan is prop 100 mg ed and tren a75 mg ed.

A: Still going so far 22 weeks should be full year when finished

A: because of the prop & dbol about a week

A:I was up to 220 lb and chose to diet down because of summer. I did have a bad back injury because of yard work not training that messed up my training for almost a month. I will be picking up the eating everything in sight in about a month again.

A:Oh heck yes, I'm loving it. BUT, this is my last hoorah.

A:25 pounds before I cut back, great so far, lean-ness was not the point at the start, but I did take the step back so it's pretty good now and hoping for better.

A: 100% Whey, and Muscle Milk, multivitamin, flax oil liquid and gel caps, saw palmetto, glucosamine

A: monday through friday 1 body part /day. Mon-chest, Tue-back, Wed-shoulders, Thur-legs, friday-arms I wil lsay my arms are my body part that grows with little work, so a lot of times I skip arm day because they do well when working other parts.

A: I just rotate exercises or will switch from heavy and throw in a week of high rep only sets.

Q: What would you would change about this cycle, if any?
A: I'd keep eating instead of cutting back but eat cleaner. Typical clean foods like chicken breast I can not stand so it's hard to choke down. And I'm so sick of tuna. So I should have shot an extra deer last season because I'm out of that good deer meat, lol. Then the back injury of course, I'd of hired someone to remove that damn stump. I'm still having some issues on back day from it 2 months later.

A: Dbol for me takes about 3 days, Prop and Tren about 3 weeks

A: Leveled off at about week 8 and then increased doses, ran Dbol again to break the platue and toped out again probably in another 8 weeks or so. I usually switch things up every 8 weeks for that reason.

A: Am right now just at a higher dose

A: Only about 10lbs on the scale but lost significant fat, in reality probably double that. Strength was out of this world, that was the first time I ran Tren, it blew me away.

First six weeks focused on strength/mass training (lower rep range, higher weight)

A: Winny dosage was a little high, didn't seem to coincide with test dosages. Possibly drop to 50-75mg/day

A: In the second phase of the cycle (6 wk training styles), given my techniques of arm day / core day etc., it was harder to isolate the muscles; therefore it seemed like more of a different type of strength training as opposed to the body building style I was attempting to gun for, should have better planned. I guess it went alright though, for a fourth cycle 27lbs is nothing to bitch about.

A: Currently 5'8", 257lbs, approx 20% body fat, 27 years old

A: Began using AAS at the age of 21 until I was 23 or 24. Then took a couple of years off from usage (but not training). Started back up last year. I'd say my doses were on the higher range of use, but I definitely still cycle for relatively short periods of time. I do not stay on for extensive periods of time.

Q: Which Gear did you use? Please list dosage schedule.
A: Testosterone Propionate 150mgs per day for 11 weeks. Trenbolone Acetate 100mgs every day for 10 weeks. Halo 50mgs every day for the final 4 weeks.

Q: How long was the cycle?
A: 11 weeks in total.


Q: How long before you started feeling the effects?
A: About 10 days, then my weights began to move up. Strength increases is usually how I judge my cycles and training.

Q: Did you level off at some point during the cycle or keep gaining throughout?
A: My strength increased throughout the entire cycle, although that is what it was designed for. I was ramping up for a powerlifting competition at the time. I wanted to peak in terms of strength in the middle of week 10 (which I accomplished).

Q: Would you do this cycle again?
A: Possibly but only if I competed again. I will always use testosterone and tren, but Halo is the only drug that has ever caused my liver values to come out high a few weeks after I stopped using it. They went back down after a bit longer off but the toxicitiy issues that it brought with it are not worth it in my opinion unless I was competing again.

Q: What type of gains were made? Weight / strength / lean-ness?
A: I actually dropped about 4 or 5 pounds when on the cycle, but it was obvious that I was losing fat and increasing muscle mass. My strength jumped up and I can honestly say that after this cycle I was at my strongest that I have ever been and posted my best competition results. Raw bench went up 60 pounds or so and my shirted benched increased about the same amount. Squat and deadlift increases were around 30 or so each.

A: Used ephedrine as a pre-workout stimulant as I always do. Used whey protein isolate I believe. Milk thistle for liver support. Vitamin C and a multi-vitamin as well. That's about it.

A: Nolvadex 20mgs for 5 weeks. Clomid at 300mgs for one day, then 100mgs for 3 weeks and 50mgs for 6 days

A: 4 days per week, 2 days per week focusing on ssquat/deadlift, 2 days focusing on bench work.

A: No change at all. I rarely alter my training whether I am on cycle or off.

A: Absolutely nothing.

A: As I mentioned previously, this was one of the only cycles that I had elevated liver values from. All of them contained Halo. I never have had high readings using other orals (I have used anadrol and d-bol) so it is likely the Halo that is responsible for this.

A: 1st week. I max out my calorie intake with clean foods at the beginning of bulking cycles. That combined with the dbol and I felt more strength and put on some weight in week 1.

A: Gained every day of the cycle. If gains started to slow I upped my calories and continued to gain.

Q: Would you do this cycle again?
A: No. I don't plan on using orals ever again (even though I love the strength gains with dbol) b/c everytime I get my bloodwork on cycle the only thing out of wack is cholesterol. I plan on using fast acting gear from now on so I won't need orals to kickstart a cycle. And I got quite bloated on that cycle. I have enough muscle now so I don't need to all-out bulk. I'll be happy lean bulking and gaining slowly in the future.

A: I put on over 30lbs, I would say at least half was muscle. Strength went way up as well. I can't remember any exact figures.

A: whey protein, multi vitamin, 1200mg milk thistle, 0.5mg dustasteride.

A: 30 days, 100mg clomid, 20mg nolva, 0.25mg ldex. This PCT was also the first time I tried Reduce XT as an anti-cortisol (was using clen in the past, but I don't want to touch that stuff anymore). It was coincidentally the best PCT I've ever run. I think that was mostly due to my high calorie intake. But I actually gained a little strength and weight during this PCT.

A: 3x a week. DC style.

A My training always changes. But at the time I was running DC.
